All you must need to know
- Use Instaxcular's "Order Now" page to place your order and make it official.
- SMS and individual email order is discouraged, but can be accepted in case to case basis.
- Wait for our email within 24 hours to confirm your order.
- No cancellation of orders, however, change of item/s can be allowed for item/s in stock as long as it is of the same value or higher.
- Upon placing the order, item/s will be reserved to the individual and payment must be settled within 1 week (7 days) to confirm the order.
- Item/s will be on first-to-pay basis.
- Pre-ordered items are ordered and imported overseas and might take 3-4 weeks to arrive from the pre-ordered cut-off date.
- Order the items only if you are willing to wait to avoid frustation.
- For pre-ordered item/s worth Php3,000.00 and up, 50% downpayment is required before the schedule ends.
- Payments made for pre-ordered item/s are not refundable and exchangeable.
- Change of items for pre-ordered are not allowed.
- Pre-ordered item/s will be cancelled if payment is not done on the pre-order cut-off date (for item/s Php3,000.00 or higher)
- Total amount to be paid will be sent to you via SMS or email once we received your order.
- Full payment must be made for in stock items.
- 50% downpayment must be made for pre-ordered items worth Php3,000.00
- You may choose from the following options in paying for your orders:
- Bank of the Philippine Island
- Cebuana Lhuiller
- Cash upon meet-up
- Send us an SMS or email once payment is done and include the following information for us to verify:
- Payment Method
- Transaction Reference Number
- You'll receive an SMS or email from us once payment is confirmed.
- Items will be sent to courier for delivery in 0 - 1 day upon receiving the payment for in stock items and 2 - 3 days upon item arrival for pre-ordered.
- Deliver schedule: Monday - Sunday
- Normally, we won't deliver during holidays, but there can be exemptions. Please give us a call or email us to discuss.
- Instaxcular discourage rush or same day shipping, however, this can be a case to case basis.
- Instaxcular deliver via Xend, however in some unnecessary instances, we may opt to use Air21 or JRS.
- Tracking number is send to individual email or via SMS.
- Instaxcular will not be accountable for any delays, loss and damage during delivery.

- Please send an SMS or Email 3 days in advance before your preferred meet-up day.
- We can also schedule meet-up during weekends and holidays but please make sure you have prior appointment and it was confirmed.
- Meet-up place can also be negotiated, just contact us before hand to discuss.
- NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE for FILMS and ACCESSORIES that were already been delivered
- We offer TWO (2) WEEKS shop warranty for all our cameras. After this grace period, we can assist you in sending the camera to Fujifilm Service Center for inspection/repair on your expense.
- Warranty doesn't cover negligence by the buyer.
